Empowering Women Financially

Our aim for empowering women financially is not just a matter of economic justice; it is a fundamental step towards creating a more equitable and inclusive society. This recognizes the importance of dismantling barriers and fostering an environment where women can thrive economically and financially.

Economic Mobility Programs

Finlite Grassroots Initiative provides microloans and productive assets (valued between ₦50,000 to ₦500,000) to women micro-entrepreneurs with the goal of removing significant barriers to entry for these women to operate successful and sustainable micro-businesses. As part of our program, beneficiaries receive tailored financial training and mentorship support to help these women entrepreneurs transform their economic and financial dreams into reality.

Community Health Initiative

Our community health program aims to bridge the gap between health and financial security. We want to improve the health and well-being of low-income women, primarily by using a community health worker approach in a non-clinical setting. Our community health workers specialize in conducting health-related workshops. We directly support participating members to create individualized health plans, collect biomarkers such as blood pressure levels, make referrals to local providers, and help with healthcare system navigation.

Community Food Bank

By taking hunger off the table, we enable women to focus their resources on their entrepreneurial activities and enable communities to face their challenges with confidence. Today and in the long term, providing nutritious food is an investment in health and hope for our women's community to thrive.
